The product ShockIndicator series labels (applied chinese patent in 2019) are available in 4 stock sensitivity levels, ranging from
5，10，15 and 25g. Each P-ShockIndicator can monitor the impact from 2π degree. It is sensitive to an
impact on 360o. The small size（3.1×3.1×0.5cm） make it suitable on any surface you want to place. Regardless of the amount of impact your product can withstand,
there is a Shockindicator label specifically designed to protect it.
Specifications of P-ShockIndicator
Spot concealed shipment damage at the time of receipt of delivery with the ShockIndicator series. Self Adhesive allows for easy mounting. The sensor displays a red arrow if the container receives a shock exceeding a specified G range, and to indicate to the officer have to check the carton which may be damaged. It is a sensible mechanical product without any magnetism and chemistry. And the acted ShockIndicator is not resetable. As ShockIndicator series products have protection lock itself, so it will not active before its’ application.
The warning label should be placed on the side of the package. The ShockIndicator series product is placed on the warning label. Mount the P-ShockIndicator on the package with either adhesive back tape or 2 self-tapping screws.
The company own the core technology of the Shockindicator PG series (Chinese patent). The shockindicator quality system have passed the ISO9001 certification. The manufacturing capacity, the trade capacity and the service capacity for the shockindicators have passed the on-site certification by SGS. The function of the shockindicator PG series were detected by the third party (AGC). We have the RoHS reports for the shockindicator PG series. All those will ensure the product qualities. There are two things you need to know before selecting a ShockIndicator sensitivity: shipment size and weight. The selection guide should always be used as a starting point only. The indicator that will be best suited to your application will also take into account product fragility and packaging. Drop height will also affect activation. Best seller: 25G range for most electronic equipment, glassware, etc.
